We're searching for an ambitious and driven Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant team based in Winnersh Triangle, Reading. What You'll Be Doing:

Building strong relationships with schools and education professionals across the region as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates into primary, secondary, and SEN roles

Managing the full recruitment cycle with professionalism and efficiency typical of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Achieving targets and earning uncapped commission

Receiving full training and ongoing support from an experienced team of Graduate Recruitment Consultants
