Trade

The area is very competitive so any operator will need a clear identity in order to attract all year round trade to supplement the strong summer months. The pub has built a reputation of homely food and drink at great value with occasional events which attracts a loyal following throughout the year with the summer offering a wider and more varied guest profile.

“The Kings Head has a traditional feel therefore will suit an operator who is at home in a pub environment but with the vision to maximise the opportunity of combining a loyal trade with an new offer which will attract a bigger share of passing and visitor trade. Effective marketing and warm hospitality are key with a passion for serving great food and drink. We are looking to invest into the business so a long term vision for what the pub could be is critical”
