Working Hours:

Job Description:
As a Senior HSE Advisor, you will support and enhance EHSS performance across the facility through the implementation of management systems, assurance activities, and cross-functional collaboration. You will manage one student placement and play a key role in developing long-term EHSS strategies aligned with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing EHSS systems and ensuring compliance

Coordinating corporate metric submissions

*

Facilitating senior leadership reviews and audits

*

Conducting assurance activities and managing follow-up actions

*

Overseeing contracts related to industrial hygiene

*

Collaborating with teams to integrate EHSS into operations and risk strategies

Skills & experience:

Essential:

*

NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent

*

Lead Auditor qualification

*

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

*

Ability to manage multiple priorities

*

Capability to influence at all business levels

Desirable:

*

Degree in an EHS-related field

*

NEBOSH Environmental Management Certificate

*

Lead Investigation Training
