Due to continued expansion within the financial planning division of a global professional services firm, our client is seeking to recruit Paraplanners at varying levels of experience to join their established and highly technical London-based team.

The Role
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive paraplanning support to a Financial Planner and will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of high-quality, compliant financial planning solutions.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing holistic financial planning strategies aligned to clients’ objectives
- Drafting detailed, client-centric financial planning and suitability reports
- Cashflow modelling and long-term financial forecasting
- Technical research across pensions, investments, protection, tax and estate planning
- Liaising with product providers, platforms and internal stakeholders
- Supporting Financial Planners with ongoing client servicing
- Ensuring all work meets FCA, regulatory and internal compliance standards

Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a paraplanning role
- Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4) or working towards
- Strong technical knowledge across holistic financial planning
- High level of written and numerical ability
- Professional, organised and detail-oriented approach
- Ambition to develop long term within a structured environment
Location & Working Pattern
- London-based role
- Hybrid working model
- 2–3 days per week in the office
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (flexible, with scope to exceed for the right candidate)
