We're recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Building Maintenance Engineer to join an award-winning Facilities Management company. This is a mobile role, covering a portfolio of commercial sites, offering excellent support, stability, and career progression.

The Package:

£38,000 per annum

Fully expensed company van + fuel card

*

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (no shifts/weekends)

*

25 days holiday + bank holidays

The Role:

As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

Reactive & planned maintenance across electrical, mechanical & fabric systems

*

Fault finding and general repairs

*

Compliance checks and reporting

*

Working independently and managing your own workload efficiently

Requirements:

*

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Building Services, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (essential)

*

Proven experience in commercial maintenance

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Strong knowledge of health & safety and compliance
