Site Manager - New Build Housing Site

Location: Lincoln, LN3
Duration: Short-term cover

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to provide short-term cover on a new build housing development in Lincoln (LN3).

This role will involve overseeing site operations to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Details:

Start date: Thursday 2nd April (1 day cover)

Return: Monday 7th April to Thursday 10th April (4 days cover)

Working on a live new build housing site

Responsibilities:

Managing day-to-day site activities

Supervising subcontractors and trades

Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times

Monitoring progress and maintaining quality standards

Reporting to senior management as required

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Site Manager on new build housing projects

Valid SMSTS

CSCS Card

First Aid at Work

Strong leadership and communication skills
