Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders (non-traders/PMs) in treasury, operations, accounting, and compliance to gather requirements and architect appropriate solutions.
• Establish and enforce software engineering best practices and design patterns.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple teams and mentor mid-level engineers.
• Guide front-end UI design using Blazor or DevExpress as needed (not mandatory).

Key Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in .NET/C# development, with recent roles in architectural leadership.
• Deep expertise in object-oriented design, system architecture, and modern .NET frameworks.
• Prior experience delivering solutions in capital markets, preferably within a hedge fund or asset management environment.
• Proven delivery of systems in at least one of the following business areas:
• Treasury - margin, financing, locates, cost optimization
• Operations - post-trade reconciliation, affirmations, dispute management, allocations
• Accounting
• Compliance
• Strong understanding of software performance, scalability, and reliability concerns in financial services.
