Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for the next step in your career? Our client, a global manufacturing company is expanding their Engineering team at their site in Hull. Working closely with the Engineering Manager across Monday to Friday, you will carry out a wide range of maintenance and repair activities ensuring plant and equipment are operating at peak performance.

Key responsibilities:

* Minimising downtime by swiftly diagnosing and repairing breakdowns

* Carrying out preventative maintenance to keep things running efficiently

* Installing and upgrading equipment to enhance production capabilities

* Updating maintenance records and liaising with suppliers for parts

* Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards at all times

* Collaborating with manufacturers to troubleshoot technical issues

* Attending site when required to work overtime as and when the business demands are to be met

The candidate:
Experience in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing setting essential.
17th Edition preferred
A knowledge and understanding of PLC's within a fast paced FMCG environment

On offer:
A full time permanent position working 830am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and early finish Friday
