Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing candidates through online platforms, referrals, and networking

• Conducting interviews to assess suitability for job roles

• Writing and managing engaging job adverts

• Building relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs

• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including interview preparation and feedback

• Negotiating salaries and securing job offers

• Hitting performance targets and earning commission for every successful placement

What They’re Looking For:

• A 2:2 degree or higher in any subject

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Resilience, confidence, and a strong work ethic

• A desire to earn well and progress quickly

• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a fast-paced environment is beneficial

• A proactive, positive mindset and ability to stay motivated under pressure

What You’ll Get in Return:

• Starting salary of £28,000

• On-Target Earnings (OTE):

  • Year 1: £35,000-£40,000

  • Year 2: £40,000-£70,000

  • Year 3: £70,000-£100,000+
