Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Northern Ireland or Yorkshire (Hybrid with UK/Ireland site travel)
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 (DOE)

The Role of Quantity Surveyor

They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with 2-5 years' experience working with experience of working for a  contractor or subcontractor. You'll support project delivery across a diverse range of sectors, including retail, office, industrial and public sector redevelopments (projects up to £10m).

Key Responsibilities

Cost planning, forecasting and financial reporting
Subcontractor procurement and contract administration
Change control management
Liaising with clients, consultants and supply chain
Supporting delivery teams across multiple sites

Requirements

Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
Experience in fit-out or refurbishment preferred
Excellent commercial acumen, attention to detail, and communication skills
