Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading law firm in Leeds as a Marketing Administrator in the Shared Services team. In this role, you will be delivering day-to-day administration to support the Firm’s Global Marketing & Business Development department. The ideal candidate will be someone who has a Marketing or similar degree and has worked in a process-driven environment. You will be providing support to the wider Marketing team in the US on client alerts, lawyer bio’s, internal newsletters, event invites, client relationship reporting and firm news.

The responsibilities of the Marketing Administrator:

  • Flexibility to learn new skills and support the Marketing and Business Development department.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, KPI’s and SLA’s ensuring any escalations are raised timely.
  • Working collaboratively with team members and share new ideas.
  • Creating and editing content.
  • Formatting Microsoft Word and PowerPoint documentation.
  • Content management and using document management systems.
  • Assists with search & retrieval requests.
  • Handling customer enquiries regarding the functional use of the firm’s content and proposal management systems.
  • Editing and formatting of client newsletters and alerts.
  • Organising and managing event campaigns, sending event invitations and advertising.
  • Other general administrative duties.

The ideal person will have:

  • Ideally someone who has knowledge of working within a Shared Services environment.
  • Qualifications in Marketing, Communications or other related field.
  • Previous administrative experience with good organisation and communication skills.
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Passion for staying ahead of digital trends and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and solve problems quickly.
