Your Role Will Include:

Working 1:1 with pupils who require consistent, calm support
Leading small-group interventions
Using strong behaviour management strategies
Supporting de-escalation and emotional regulation
Building trusting relationships to improve engagement
Functioning as a core Teaching Assistant within a multi-disciplinary team

Requirements:

Experience in SEMH, SEN, PRU or alternative provision (desirable)
Experience in working with children/young people (essential)
Resilience and confidence in managing challenging behaviour
Strong communication, with an adaptive mindset
A passion for inclusion and supporting young learners
