Well established IFA practice, with an outstanding reputation for giving clear and concise advice to clients making retirement plans is looking for an additional individual to join their team

Duties include:

  • Initially the role will be assisting the office manager with the implementation of a new back-office system, this will involve transferring data and ensuring records are up-to-date and adhering to compliance legislation
  • The job holder will assist the Paraplanner with annual reviews – administration, compliance, liaising with clients and providers; research
  • The role will evolve into an IFA Technical Support role

Person criteria:

  • Ideally educated to Degree level – this is not essential – attitude is key, this role will suit somebody looking for a genuine career path within financial services
  • Recent Graduates looking for an entry role will be considered
  • Bright and articulate – keen to learn
  • Administration skills, organised and efficient
  • Good IT skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Well spoken, a clear and concise communicator, able to liaise well at all levels
  • A strong interest in financial services; investments and pensions

Additional information:

  • Epsom based; 100% office based
  • 9-5.30 Monday – Friday
