This role offers you the chance to manage a range of exciting construction projects, with values ranging from £1m to £20m.

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage site teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain health and safety regulations. Your leadership will be key in driving project success and fostering a positive working environment.

You should have proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within a Tier 2 contracting environment, and a solid understanding of construction processes and site management. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to health and safety are essential.

This role offers a competitive salary of around £55,000 plus a comprehensive package, with excellent opportunities for career progression within a respected Tier 2 contractor.
