Description

  • Assist in managing the corporate tax compliance process for a portfolio of clients.
  • Conduct tax research and planning for clients.
  • Support in the preparation of tax returns and computations.
  • Assist in the development of tax strategies for clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in tax law and regulations.
  • Liaise with clients and HMRC on tax-related issues.
  • Support in tax advisory projects.
  • Contribute to team meetings and support the development of junior team members.

Profile

A successful Corporate Tax Assistant Manager should have:

  • UK Tax Experience;
  • Technical competence in preparing and delivering corporate tax advisory and compliance tasks;
  • Strong project management skills;
  • A desire to support, mentor, and develop junior colleagues;
  • CTA and / or ACA qualified is preferred, or working towards this. Qualified by experience will also be considered.
