This is a great role if you're looking to gain responsibility over a portfolio of sites.To be successful in this role, you must be fully qualified in either Electrical installations / engineering or a mechanical related subject, have at least 3 years experience within commercial property maintenance, a full UK driving license and a client facing attitudeMobile Maintenance Engineer Duties:

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• Emergency Lighting
• Electrical Fault-Finding
• Single & Three Phase Power
• Fire Alarms
• AHUs/ FCUs
• Plant room checks
• Pumps
• Motors
• Sprinklers
• Water Treatment
• General maintenance duties

Mobile Maintenance Engineer Requirements:

• Fully qualified in either Electrical installations / engineering or a mechanical related subject
• Have at least 3 years experience within commercial property maintenance
• Full UK driving license
• Client facing attitude

Salary and Package:

• £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
• Company van, fuel card, PPE and tools provided
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
• 25 days annual leave + Bank holidays
• Company pension scheme
