Job Type: Permanent, FullTime

We are looking for a Accounts / Payroll assistant to join our busy and dedicated team here in swan valley, helping with the smooth running of our accounts and administration team.


* Ensure that new registrations are compliant and ready to work

* Database management and reporting

* Assist the team with bookings and adding them to the system

* Communicate with candidates and obtain compliance documents and required licences

* Complete driving licence checks

* Download driver cards

* Chase outstanding documents from candidates and update on the system

* General Admin duties as required

* Collate driver invoices ready for the payroll run each week

Person Profile

* Excellent communication skills both written & verbal

* Strong level of enthusiasm and teamwork

* Experience in a similar role

* Driving sector knowledge desirable

* Motivated and keen with a good attitude

* Competent IT skills


Sunday to Thursday - 9am - 5pm or 8am - 4pm or 10am - 6pm


Swan Valley, Northampton
