Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)

Location: Coalville

Shifts: Double Days (Monday-Friday)

Salary: Up to £47,000 (with structured pay progression)

Are you an electrically biased Multi-Skilled Engineer looking to join a forward-thinking manufacturing company with strong investment in its people and plant?

We're currently supporting a well-established manufacturer in Coalville who are looking to add an experienced and proactive Maintenance Engineer to their growing team.

Your responsibilities:

Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance across the site

Electrical fault-finding and repairs on production equipment

Supporting installation and improvement projects

Working closely with production to minimise downtime

What we're looking for:

Time-served or qualified in Electrical Engineering (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

Strong electrical fault-finding skills (PLCs, motors, sensors, etc.)

Basic mechanical understanding (conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics)

Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

A proactive approach and good team player
