Engage3 is looking for an analytical, data-driven, and operationally experienced on-site Account Manager to partner with one of our Strategic Accounts to help them benefit from our software and analytics solutions. This position will be working out of our client’s office in Austin, Texas with periodic travel to our California headquarters and to the client’s regional offices around the U.S. (~95%+ Austin, ~5% travel).
The Account Manager’s responsibilities include embedding themselves within the customer’s organization to maximize the value derived from our solutions. You will develop relationships across the organization, liaise between the customer’s business challenges and Engage3’s cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions, inform our product roadmap, and provide strategic guidance to the customer.
You will be responsible for overall account & project management. Our ideal candidate is able to anticipate customer needs and exceed client expectations.
Further develop and enhance our relationship with our strategic customer and other relevant partners & vendors
Identify and deliver key insights from data and visualizations within Engage3’s solutions
Partner with Engage3’s operations, product management, and data teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Project management and process improvement responsibilities
Develop & execute plans to improve Program KPI’s on a continuous basis
Present proposals for new projects and subscriptions
Collaborate with product management team to help inform the company’s product roadmap
Proven work experience in customer-facing roles
Analytical mindset with a passion for data
Advanced communication skills (written & oral)
Experience with project management and working with remote employees
Ability to drive team meetings with a clear scope, focus and detail
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Solid experience with MS Excel
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
3-10+ years experience
