Job role: The purpose of the role is to build tight relationships with customers during their implementation period, to ensure the best user experience. You will set up the client accounts and demonstrate a relentless passion to provide resolutions, facilitate ongoing training, proactively troubleshoot the account and above all - deliver a great, personable, customer experience! To fit this fantastic position, you should be able to tick the following boxes: • Fluent in German/Dutch English (and confident communicating with clients in both languages!) • Experience in either technical support, client service, software implementation, recruitment, job boards, CRM, training etc. • Love chatting and building relationships with your clients (mainly over the phone and email but we also like you to be confident face to face) • Passionate about excellent customer service • Proactive and energetic • Natural relationship-builder with excellent social skills • Well-settled in London and planning to stay for the long-term Some of the things you’ll be doing: • Complete set ups of accounts from start to finish including: client tailored account build, effective training and weekly account check-ups • Resolve support enquiries and technical issues • Conference calls with clients in the DACH/Benelux region (typical clients will be HR Directors Marketing Directors in big companies or recruitment agencies) • Translations between German/Dutch and English • Being an all-round superstar!
