Our client, a highly regarded and leading independent estate agency in Worcester, is seeking a Trainee Lettings Manager to join their successful and expanding team. The Opportunity

You will support in overseeing a well-established lettings department responsible for a portfolio of approximately 500 managed properties (department-wide). You will lead a small, experienced team, helping to maintain high service standards while identifying opportunities to grow and expand the business further.
