Meridian Business Support is looking for a Production Operative to join our prestigious client based in Swadlincote.

The Role:

The ideal candidate will play a key part in the production process, starting with hand-made clay fabrication and developing into a multi-skilled operator role.

Key responsibilities include:

Handcrafting clay products to required specifications
Producing terracotta and drainage components for construction use
Maintaining high standards of quality and consistency
Working safely and efficiently within a production environmentAs your skills develop, you will:

Receive training to produce your own components using machinery
Collaborate with our Continuous Improvement Manager to help refine and enhance production processesWhat We're Looking For

Stable Monday to Friday shift pattern working 6am - 2pm
