An excellent opportunity has arisen for permanent Purchasing Administrator for our client based Ipswich (IP3). The successful candidate will support the smooth and efficient flow of materials and information across our business. This role is essential to both the strategic and day-to-day running of the supply chain operations
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage purchase orders and liaise with suppliers
* Maintain accurate product and system data
* Support admin, finance, and invoice queries
* Handle import/export logistics and documentation
* Collaborate across teams on inventory and planning
* Coordinate with subcontractors and manage workflows
* Help resolve non-conformances and drive improvements
Our client is looking for someone adaptable, proactive, and detail-focused with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Previous experience of administration with good IT skills required. Own transport required due to location.
