Property Maintenance Operative Role - Stevenage Area 🛠️

We're looking for a reliable and proactive individual to help maintain vacant properties in and around Stevenage.

Role: Property Checker - Water System Maintenance

Hours: Full time
Location: Stevenage and surrounding areas
Start Date: Immediate

What you'll do:

Visit each empty property twice a week
Run taps, flush toilets, and check water systems to prevent stagnation.
Report any issues or concerns promptly Requirements:

Must have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Good time management and attention to detail
Trustworthy and able to work independently
