* Day Shift: 06:00 AM - 16:00 PM

* Night Shift: 20:00 PM - 06:00 AM

* Competitive hourly rates (dependent on experience and shift)

As a leading multi-metal stockholder and distributor, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality materials and services across various industries. Our Newbridge site plays a key role in our operations, and we are currently seeking dedicated Warehouse Operatives to join our growing team.

Role Overview:

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling of materials and finished goods in a fast-paced industrial warehouse environment. You'll support our operations by performing key logistical and operational duties, ensuring materials are processed, stored, and dispatched to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Safe operation of counterbalance forklifts (minimum requirement)

* Loading and unloading deliveries

* Material movement and placement using forklifts and overhead cranes (preferred)

* Operating bandsaw machinery for cutting and preparation of materials (ideal)

* Maintaining accurate records of stock movements and inventory

* Conducting quality and safety checks as per company policy

* Upholding health & safety standards at all times

* General warehouse housekeeping and support as needed

Required Skills & Experience:

* Valid forklift license - Essential

* Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

* Strong awareness of health & safety protocols

* Good communication skills and teamwork abilities

* Physically fit and capable of manual handling

Preferred Experience:

* Experience operating overhead cranes

* Familiarity with bandsaw cutting equipment

* Background in steel, metals, or heavy goods distribution
