This role goes beyond data analysis - it's about shaping direction. You'll uncover meaningful insights from a variety of data sources that play a key role in strategic decision making, enhancing customer experience and driving product innovation.
What You'll Be Doing
Collaborating with stakeholders to turn business challenges into analytical questions.
Digging into behavioural, research, and panel data to uncover trends and opportunities.
Creating dashboards, reports, and narratives that make complex data clear and compelling.
Supporting strategic planning with data-driven recommendations.
Championing customer-centric thinking across the organisation.
What You'll Bring
Experience delivering research projects independently - ideally in education or assessment.
Strong grasp of both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
Confidence in translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
A curious mindset and a proactive approach to learning new tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and data visualisation skills.
