Compliance Manager - £40 - 45k + Car Allowance + Package

I am currently working alongside a leading contractor who is looking for a Compliance Manager to join their team in Hatfield to ensure full adherence to scheme delivery, funding, and accreditation requirements, specifically focusing on PAS2030 standards.

This full-time role involves leading the PAS2030 Compliance Team, managing internal and external audits, and meticulously preparing all compliance documentation for submission. The manager will also engage with various stakeholders, provide compliance advice, and work to eliminate submission errors.

Duties will include:

Lead the PAS2030 Compliance Team to ensure adherence to industry regulations.

Maintain oversight of internal and external auditing processes for national accreditation.

Maintain up-to-date reporting on all compliance activity to the Head of Sustainability.

Work closely with all stakeholders to align compliance with the main contract programs.

Provide compliance advice to regional delivery teams regarding energy efficiency measures.

Engage with key supply chain partners to support effective development and delivery.

Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and share insights with the wider regional team.

Undertake any other reasonable management requests.

Review resource requirements with Head of Sustainability on a regular basis.
