REED Technology are delighted to partner with a fantastic logistics organisation who due to continued growth and expansion are seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to lead complex incident resolution, own core infrastructure, and deliver cloud-first projects across AWS and Microsoft 365. This role is pivotal in providing high-level networking and security solutions, designing and operating VPCs and IAM in AWS, implementing Microsoft Intune/Entra ID at scale, and hardening Windows Server/AD environments. The ideal candidate will blend deep troubleshooting skills with solid project delivery and a security-by-design approach.
