Estates Manager

Venn Group are working with a school in Surrey to recruit for a full-time Estates Manager

Length: 3 months initially

Location: Surrey

The successful candidate will:

• be responsible for the day to day management of the School’s maintenance team ensuring planned and reactive works are completed
• be responsible for building maintenance providing PPM structure, reactive and proactive multi-skilled service on all M&E operational equipment
• ensure the Estates meets and exceeds all its statutory and mandatory building services compliance obligations
• manage the work of external contractors, monitor the work of in house maintenance staff via the Maintenance Supervisor
• ensure health and safety policies / legislation are consistently adhered to and applied

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in a similar role at a similar level
• Enhanced DBS from within the last 3 months
