Location: Lincoln and surrounding areas
Pay: £85.44 - £101.58 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Ongoing
Contract: Full-time, Part-time, Long-term, Short-term, Day-to-day Supply (with potential for permanent roles)

Are you a committed and reliable Teaching Assistant (TA) looking for opportunities in Lincoln or the surrounding areas? Whether you are seeking day-to-day supply, a long-term role, or a permanent position, we have a wide range of opportunities to suit your needs.

We are currently recruiting dedicated Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants (LSA), and Classroom Assistants to support pupils in local primary schools. We offer flexible day-to-day roles as well as long-term placements that can lead to permanent contracts, giving you both flexibility and job security. There are opportunities available across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

The Role:

Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities (EYFS/KS1/KS2)
Working 1:1 or with small groups of pupils
Providing SEN support (Special Educational Needs) where required
Assisting with literacy, numeracy, and phonics interventions
Helping maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment

What We Are Looking For:

Experience as a TA in a school or nursery setting (Desirable but not essential)
A passion for supporting children's learning and development
Level 1, 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential
A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
