About the Role:

The appointed Year 1 teacher will be responsible for delivering creative and engaging lessons that inspire curiosity, build confidence, and support strong academic progress. You will work collaboratively with a team of experienced teachers and teaching assistants who are committed to delivering high-quality education and ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where pupils feel motivated to learn.
Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress while providing constructive feedback.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning across the school.The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal Year 1 teacher will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have recent experience teaching within Key Stage 1. Strong classroom management, creativity in lesson planning, and a genuine passion for supporting young learners are essential for this Year 1 teacher position.
