Location: North East England (various sites)
Salary: National Minimum Wage (dependent on age) + overtime available
Hours: 45 hours per week + overtime opportunities

About the Role

We are currently recruiting Traffic Marshals to work across a range of construction and site-based projects throughout the North East.

This role is ideal for reliable and safety-conscious individuals who enjoy working outdoors and as part of a team. You will play a key role in ensuring the safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians on and around site.

Key Responsibilities

* Safely direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic on site

* Maintain site access and egress points

* Communicate clearly with drivers, site staff, and visitors

* Ensure all site safety procedures are followed at all times

* Monitor deliveries and vehicle movements

* Report any hazards or incidents to site management

* Support general site operations where required

What We're Looking For

* Valid Traffic Marshal / Banksman ticket (essential)

* CSCS card (preferred, may be required depending on site)

* Strong awareness of health & safety practices

* Good communication skills

* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

* Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
