Complex Care and Support Worker

Salary: £12 - £13/hour

Location: Lancashire, Clitheroe

Work hours: Hours are flexible however package requires Monday - Friday, 6am - 10pm

Are you an experienced and compassionate Care and Support Worker with a minimum of 6-months UK based healthcare experience working in the field of Acquired Brain Injury? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in the Clitheroe area!

About the role

We are recruiting on behalf of Yorkshire Community Healthcare who are looking for an experienced Support Worker with a compassionate and caring nature, to provide 1-1 support to a lady with an Acquired Brain Injury, ideally with experience in working in the field of ABI however full training and support will be provided to the right person.

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK
• A minimum of 6-months UK based healthcare experience is essential
• Compassionate and patient nature with excellent communication skills
• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality to connect with the client and create a positive atmosphere
• UK valid driving licence, access to reliable car, business insurance and happy to transport the client in your car
• Must be happy to work with dogs

Note: All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
