THE JOB - Foot Mobile M&E Engineer (Mechanical Biased)

Monday - Friday / 8am - 5pm

The role will be covering London.

2 Days a week, you will be based at the same building. You will receive a realistic workload per day.

Being the first point of contact for all maintenance issues that arise on site, investigating and solving issues
Temperature set point adjustments, daily BMS controls
Weekly testing; fire alarm testing, sprinkler testing, cooling tower testing
Monthly testing; water and emergency light testing, generator testing
Planned Prevention Maintenance
Arranging and signing permits for completed contractor works, escorting contractors on/off site during works/out of hours works, providing quotations for contractors
Re-view and action audits
Liaising with Facilities/Building Management and clients

SALARY & PACKAGE

£40,000 - £45,000 (DOE)
Travel Card (up to 1 - 6)
Overtime paid at x1.5 / x2
