r to join our client's team on a 12-month fixed-term contract and play a key role in supporting managers and employees across a wide range of HR activity.
What you’ll do- Be the go to contact for day to day HR queries
- Support the full employee lifecycle
- Coach managers on policies and procedures
- Lead on HR casework as directed
- Help streamline and improve HR processes
- Support staff wellbeing and workplace experience
- Work collaboratively across teams and sites
What you’ll bring- Experience in an HR environment
- Confidence advising managers
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Great organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, flexible and people focused approach
- A relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience
