We are currently working exclusively with a successful financial services business (bridging finance) who wish to appoint a Business Development Manager for North West (remote). Reporting to MD – Property Finance this is an excellent opportunity to join a successful & growing business as Business Development Manager. The role of Business Development Manager will primarily be the key point of contact for the broking sector/mortgage intermediaries. You will build strong productive relationships whilst consistently promoting a specialist lending business.
Further responsibilities include…
- Proactively develop new intermediary relationships within the defined area of London/South East
- Identify new opportunities whilst developing & maintaining strong business relationships
- Provide an excellent and professional service intermediary clients ensuring a full understanding of the lending proposition
- Ensure your diary is planned weeks in advance wherever possible whilst reacting to changes in market conditions & product specs
- Understand the regulatory obligations of the lending channel
- Work with the wider specialist team supporting with complex enquiries and other ad-hoc requirements

- A successful and growing UK Bank with a reputation for innovative lending solutions and excellent customer service. This role is offered as remote (be present at Head Office once per month)
The Person:
- The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of bridging finance gained in a business development role within a lending or similar specialist financial services firm
- Extensive lending experience gained in a business development/telephony role
- Strong bridging finance product knowledge
- Proven ability to build lasting relationships with external partners
- Strong track record of business development
- Access to an established network of brokers and introducers to drive new business
Salary:
- £70k - £92k plus car allowance, quarterly bonus, pension, health, 30 days holiday
