Description of the role

We are looking for someone with a strong administrative background who can manage a busy workload and has excellent attention to detail.

Main responsibilities:

\* Offer timely support to the team, distribution and recording of all documentations.

\* Raising orders, managing the goods received process and resolving invoice queries.

\* Raising invoices and maintaining cost trackers.

\* Organising meetings and travel arrangements.

\* Point of contact for daytoday enquiries within the department.

\* Filing and archiving of documentation (electronic and paper) to comply with all legal requirements.

\* Ensure that all activities are undertaken in a timely manner and processes are followed.

\* Management of electronic diaries/calendars, responding to all requests for meetings and appointments.

\* Attending meetings and taking detailed minutes.

\* SAP experience very desirable

\* Data inputting to collaborative trackers, and outputting an analysis

Skills required:

\* SAP experience desirable

\* Excellent organisation and time management skills

\* Strong work ethic

\* Flexible on industry background, but experience / exposure to supply chain or procurement would be highly beneficial


\* Initial 6 month contract till 03/05/2020 possible extension

\* Full time role 35 hours per week

\* Up to £12.50 per hour
