Role: Private Client Senior Associate

Are you an experienced Private Client lawyer ready to take the next step in your career?

You'll work closely with an established and supportive team of Partners and Associates, advising a varied client base including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and families with complex circumstances. This is a key area of growth for the firm, giving you the chance to help shape the development of their Private Client practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Advising clients on all aspects of wills, trusts, probate, and estate administration

Guiding families through the administration of estates, often involving complex assets and cross-jurisdictional considerations

Preparing lasting powers of attorney and advising on Court of Protection matters

Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, providing clear and empathetic advice

Offering technical guidance and mentoring to junior members of the team

Playing an active role in business development, networking, and raising the profile of the department
