Assistant Manager - Full-Time

Interaction Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Assistant Manager to join a busy retail store in Peterborough. This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role within a well-established and growing business.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 5:00pm
Every other Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
The Role:

Support the Store Manager with daily operations
Lead, motivate, and supervise the team
Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service
Manage stock levels and merchandising displays
Handle customer queries and resolve issues
Ensure health & safety standards are met
About You:

Previous retail supervisory or management experience
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Customer-focused with a proactive approach
Experience in sales and merchandising
Bilingual/multilingual skills (desirable)
Timber or building materials experience (advantageous)
