Asset Surveyor

Hybrid/Work from home Position

Salary - £45,000 - £60,000 (Fixed Term Contract / 12 months+)

Monday to Friday, Flexible Hours!

We're working with one of the largest FM companies in the UK who are currently taking over one of the largest UK government contracts which is due to go live in October 2025. We're on the lookout for a Asset Surveyor who is from a technical M&E background who is able to analyze technical data and input into various computer systems.

The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who comes from a technical M&E background who is IT literate and able to work independently

Job responsibilities for an Asset Surveyor:

* Support all Asset Data Management activities as and when agreed by the Technical team

* Support the Operational and Technical Teams in ensuring that all core asset and contract data is accurately captured and reviewed to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with the contract deliverables

* Undertaking full Asset and PPM management by developing and managing a schedule of maintenance activities for physical assets (their selection, maintenance, inspection and renewal) playing a key role in determining the operational performance and profitability

* Ensure all data complies with legal and statutory regulations and building engineering standards, adhering to and monitoring data entry procedures.

* Manage data exports and imports for Asset data, Maintenance Job Plans, Planned Maintenance Schedules, SFG20 and Non-SFG Procedures, Procedure Step Task Instructions, and planned and remedial work tasks.
