As a Business Applications Administrator, you will be responsible for end-user support, training, creation of fields, forms, custom records, workflows and saved searchesreports. The Business Applications Administrator will work closely with the business units to improve business processes using NetSuite best practices and customizations. This position operates under moderate supervision. What Youll Be Doing Provide user support with regard to all aspects of our core systems, including system documentation and training materials in a timely and accurate manner. Support end user requests for new saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards Develop, test and deploy customizations using custom records, workflows and automated alerts Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization and integration Create configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet the business needs Direct interview project stakeholders, capture accurate business requirements, and ensure that business processes and applications meet the requirements needed Clearly communicate project status to key stakeholders Manage and document system configurations, policies, and procedures as it relates to business applications Support NetSuite integration projects What Youll Bring to the Table Minimum of 2 years working with NetSuite administration AssociateBachelors Degree in related field Experience with NetSuite modules including core financials, procurement, and sales orders Experience with SuiteFlow Netsuite Certified Administrator preferable A strong understanding of business processes and requirements A strong ability to multitask and change task and focus as needed Ability to create and complete project deliverables and documentation Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently with little guidance to meet corporate and team objectives Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel Limited travel may be required Whats Good to Know Standard business work hours apply from 8am to 5pm with some flexibility required to support CBORDs global footprint. Occasional additional hours may be assigned for special projects including system implementations, migrations, or upgrades. Limited travel required with less than 1 to 2 weeks per year. Who Youll Work With You will work closely with other DREAMteam members of the Business Applications department including administrators, database coordinator, and fellow DREAMteam members. Primary departments using business applications including Accounting, Client Support, and Sales DREAMteam members.
