Role: Business Development Location: Regent Street, London About eCOMM Merchant Solutions: eCOMM Merchant Solutions enables business customers to accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Alipay payments. We offer our customers, Point of Sale (POS) terminals, e-commerce, mail order and telephone payment solutions. Role Description: eCOMM requires a passionate Business Developer who will sell eCOMM card acquiring and processing solutions to a defined market segment. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of leads and assigned prospects, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaise between prospects and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. Responsibilities: * Developing and executing strategies for targeting strategic sectors and regions for eCOMM * Managing the end to end sales process from initial enquiry, needs analysis, proposal development, financial analysis, commercial and legal negotiation and handover to onboarding management * Keeping abreast of regulation, payments innovation, scheme rules, fees and industry updates * Exceeding monthly and year-to-date targets * Presenting our solutions and demonstrating our value to prospects * Developing a trusted advisor relationship with prospects, resellers & ISOs, key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors * Communicating clearly the progress of monthly/year-to-date targets to internal stakeholders * Forecasting and tracking key account metrics and KPIs * Supporting the development of sales collateral to support business development efforts * Generating new business in POS and eCommerce verticals Requirements: * Proven Business Development, or other relevant, experience * Experience of International Payments, Card Acquiring, POS and/or eCommerce desirable * Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level * Ability to build a healthy pipeline, working on the right accounts to board on our platform * Commercially aware, strong negotiator and self-motivated * Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs * Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail * Excellent listening and presentation skills * Excellent verbal and written communications skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * BA/BS Degree or equivalent Benefits: * A competitive salary package including commissions paid monthly * Located in central London on Regent Street * Work for a highly regarded and rapidly expanding payments provider * Be a pivotal part of the expansion of eCOMM throughout Europe and around the world.
