Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs? We're hiring three Learning Support Assistants to join a nurturing and inclusive Specialist Resource Base (SRB) within a mainstream primary school in Bristol.

About the Role:
The SRB supports children aged 2-11 with a range of complex needs, including autism and communication challenges. As part of a strong and caring team, you'll help deliver tailored support to individual pupils and small groups, playing a vital role in their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work closely with teaching staff to deliver SEN support

* Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils

* Assist with learning activities, behaviour support, and personal care (if needed)

* Help foster a calm, inclusive learning environment

What We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum 6 months' experience in one of the following:

* Working with children with SEN

* Care home, hospital or residential support for individuals with disabilities

✅ A calm, positive attitude and passion for inclusion
✅ A team player willing to learn and grow
⭐ Bonus if you have experience in SEN schools or with challenging behaviour
