Are you a confident events professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused role? We're looking for a capable temp to support regional engagement activity in Edinburgh while the team recruits a permanent hire.

You'll play a vital role in keeping things moving - from coordinating events to ensuring clear, professional communication with senior stakeholders. It's a brilliant opportunity to step into an organised, friendly team and make an immediate impact.

What you'll be doing:

Coordinating upcoming member events (venue bookings, guest lists, supplier liaison, on-the-day support)

Responding to emails and stakeholder queries in a clear and professional manner

Managing inboxes, trackers and general team admin to keep things running smoothly

We're looking for someone who:

Has experience supporting or running professional events

Is organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple priorities

Can communicate confidently with senior professionals

Is tech-savvy - confident using Outlook, Teams, Excel, and ideally tools like Eventbrite

Picks up systems and processes quickly

Bonus points if you're comfortable using LinkedIn or X - but it's not a must.
