Description

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and develop new products from concept to launch.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and gaps in the FMCG market.
Develop and refine product formulations to meet quality and safety standards.
Work closely with suppliers to source ingredients and materials aligned with product specifications.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards throughout the product development process.
Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, and reports to ensure successful delivery.
Provide technical support to the production team during product trials and initial manufacturing runs.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies within Engineering & Manufacturing.Profile
