Our client is a non-profit international network of firms providing audit, accounting, tax and business advisory services. They are now looking for a Membership Support Executive to join their dedicated team in the network’s administrative headquarters located in central London.

The Role

As a Membership Support Executive, you will provide a high level of administration support to the Chief Executive and other colleagues in the executive office, as well as members of our client’s network.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining up-to-date membership database ensuring accuracy of data stored
- Assisting in the management of the intranet and website
- Providing administrative support to CEO
- Providing administrative support including diary management to working and special interest groups
- Sending out invoices and following up with overdue balances
- Supporting our client’s communications and marketing efforts
- Publication distribution
- Assisting in the administration of membership activities in conjunction with other executive staff
- Supporting the effective management of information and data about member firms on executive office IT systems
- Participating and taking minutes in staff meetings

About You

To be considered as a Membership Support Executive, you will need the following experience:

- Ideally, previous membership administration support experience (not essential)
- Experience of working in a professional services environment in an administrative role (essential)

Other essential skills:

- The ability to relate to a geographically dispersed, multicultural membership with limited face-to-face contact
- The ability to convey a professional image through writing
- A professional, service-oriented attitude
- A high level of IT literacy, including MS Office, particularly Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
