Warehouse OperatorSunbury on ThamesManufacturing CompanyAbout the RoleWe are seeking a reliable Warehouse Operator to support our manufacturing operations on a fixed-term basis. This position plays a key role in ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and preparation of materials and products in alignment with production and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities - Receive, inspect, and store incoming deliveries in line with company procedures.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for both internal production and external shipment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely.
- Maintain accurate records through stock checks and inventory system updates.
- Support regular cycle counts and stocktakes.
- Ensure warehouse areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with health & safety standards.
Requirements - Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
- Forklift license or certification preferred (training may be provided).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Physically fit to lift, move, and handle materials as required.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Contract Details - Duration: 3 months
- Start Date: Immediate
- Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 8am – 4.30pm, Friday 8am – 1.30pm
- Pay: £13 per hour – paid weekly
