Are you a hands-on Management Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of the full management accounts function for a well-established manufacturing business—bringing accuracy, insight, and leadership to a key part of the operation.

You'll be the financial heartbeat of the site, producing high-quality information that supports decision-making at every level, while supervising a Business Administrator and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day processes across the finance function.

Hours - 8 - 4.30 Mon - Thursday / Friday 0800 - 3.15.

What You'll Be Doing

* Producing monthly management accounts with accuracy and insight

* Treasury management, including cash flow reporting and forecasting

* Delivering business information for stakeholders across the organisation

* Leading budgeting and forecasting cycles

* Overseeing payroll

* Managing Sales & Purchase Ledger

* Supervising and developing the Business Administrator

What You'll Bring

Essential:

* Strong technical accounting skills

* A sharp eye for detail and a “completer-finisher” mindset

* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines

* Confidence working across multiple tasks in a busy environment

Desirable:

* Experience with Sage 200

* Experience with Sage Payroll

* Strong Microsoft skills

* CIMA/ACCA qualified or QBE
