Administrator Part time Hours
Monday to Friday 4 hours daily
£24k Pro Rata
Principle Responsibilities: -
- Administration duties including incoming and outgoing post; telephone calls, general filing.
- Data input and organising files within the CRM
- Answering the phone and directing calls to correct department
- Reception duties; meeting and greeting visitors to the office.
- Carrying out RTW checks
- Keeping on top of all office duties, whilst maintaing a clean and effecient work station
Qualifications/Attributes
The ideal candidate would be: -
- Educated to A level or equivalent standard.
- Have several years' experience of working in an office environment and have good communication skills; accounting or legal services would be advantageous but not essential.
- Good IT skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work well both on their own and as part of a team.
- Excellent training provided.
