Payroll Specialist

Description: The Payroll Specialist role involves processing payroll, conducting audits, and assisting with various payroll-related tasks under the supervision of the US Payroll Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Proficient in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct audits on employee records and reconcile totals by department, location, etc.
• Enforce policies to ensure accurate calculation and application of deductions.
• Verify compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Assist with internal audits, workers' compensation, tax filing, and other payroll processes.

Preferred Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of ADP/SAP Payroll experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of ADP Global View experience.
• Experience with ADP eTime is preferred.
• Familiarity with Workday is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Strong team player capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
